WHERE IS MY ORDER?
All products are made to order. Orders are processed in the order they came in. This usually takes 2-3 weeks. But can wait times can be longer during busy times. Then your order is packaged and shipped to you.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Once your order is dispatched:

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED - 1-2 days

can i track my order?
Yes. You can login to your account and check the status of your order.
You will receive an email each time the status changes. Once it is posted you will receive an email with the tracking details.

Shipping
We use Royal Mail to deliver all orders. For UK we use a 48 hour service. For international orders we use International Tracked. Please see the Royal Mail website for updated delivery times on these services. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. After order confirmation and availability check with the supplier, Woodys Model Works will deliver to the shipper all products ordered within 10 days for stock items, and depending upon manufacturer's delivery time for out of stock items. Non-stocked items and custom made items can take 2-3 weeks to be posted. For deliveries out of United Kingdom, the customer may pay import taxes, custom taxes and VAT tax applicable to the country of destination. All order placed with Woodys Model Works must have a private purpose. Any resell activity cannot be accepted without specific notice given to, and permission provided by Woodys Model Works LTD. |
Returns
All our products are custom made to order. So we do not accept returns. However if an item is proven to be faulty within 7 days of receipt, we will replace it free of charge. For Photo etch sheets we will replace the faulty part only and not the full fret. If you damage an item accidentally, as a gesture of goodwill we will also replace it free of charge. However in this instance we request you pay the postage fee. |
